New Patients

New patients must complete all intake paperwork 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time. Please ensure the paperwork is submitted on time to allow for a thorough review of your medical history. A valid credit card is required to be on file to book the appointment. Please arrive on time for your appointment; late arrivals may need to be rescheduled.

Preventive Care vs. Problem-Focused Visits

Preventive visits are for routine screenings and include comprehensive physical exams. Most insurances cover these at 100%, but coverage may change if additional concerns are addressed. To ensure enough time for thorough care, separate problem-focused visits are recommended for specific health concerns or ongoing issues.

Acute Concerns

If you are a current patient with an urgent concern or need a time-sensitive medication refill, call or text us at 206-495-6318. Same-day appointments may be available but are not always visible on the online scheduler. We will do our best to squeeze you in!

Medication Refills

For medication refill requests, please contact your pharmacy directly. If your prescription requires renewal or adjustments, please schedule an appointment with your provider. If your request is time-sensitive, call or text us and we will do our best to accommodate a same-day or next-business-day appointment.

Work/School Notes, Forms, Letters, and More

These requests require an appointment and cannot be handled over messaging. Please schedule a visit to discuss these needs.

Late Cancellations, No Shows, and More 

We require a 48-hour notice for cancelling or changing appointments. If your appointment is on Monday, please cancel by the preceding Friday. Late cancellations and missed appointments will incur a charge of $150 that is not covered by your health insurance plan. If you arrive too late to be seen, your appointment will be considered a no-show and subject to this fee.

After-Hours Care

For acute concerns, you may call or text our office, and we will respond on the next business day to arrange the soonest available appointment. While we will do our best to accommodate urgent needs, we cannot guarantee same-day availability. If your concern is time-sensitive or requires immediate medical attention, please call 911 or visit the nearest urgent care or emergency room. We do not provide emergency medical services or after-hours consultations.
